It can sometimes happen that something goes wrong during the stream and an error code will appear to indicate the fault. Below are a few common error codes and suggested steps to resolve them


OA-5 Native Playback error has occurred

A Native Playback error can occur when using older browser or operating system versions.


Trouble shooting

- Shut down your browser completely and restart it

- Make sure your browser is up to date

- If you're on Safari try using a different browser to view the stream, for instance Chrome or Firefox

- If the problem still persists please contact the service desk



OA-4 CDM error has occurred

CDM errors can occur when screen-recording or AirPlaying from the browser instead of the player


Trouble shooting

- Are you AirPlaying your entire computer or your browser window? If so turn it off and AirPlay from our player directly, our player supports AirPlay

- Are you screen recording your screen or the browser window? Disable this software entirely

- Are you using an aftermarket connector to connect a screen to your laptop? Please disconnect the cable and try again

- Shut down your browser completely and restart it

- If the problem still persists please contact the service desk
